1865 Partnership dissolved. '... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Joseph Douglas, John Pasley Luckraft, and Richard Jones, carrying on business as Contractors and Builders, at Llanelly, in the county of Carmarthen, under the style or firm of Douglas and Company,' was this day dissolved by mutual consent; and that all accounts owing to or from the said late firm will be received and paid by David Jones, of Llanelly aforesaid, Ship Owner, by whom the business will in future be carried on...'[1]
