1902 Public company. The company Drake and Mount (1902) Ltd was registered January 23, 1902, to acquire the businesses of corn, coal, and building goods merchants of a company of practically the same name and Mr. William Paice.
1908 Name changed.
1961 Merchants and factors of corn, and building goods. Also motor engineers and garage and Bracknell and main dealers for Vauxhall and Bedford vehicles.
