Dufrais is a range of vinegars - around 1.5 million bottles of Dufrais vinegars are sold each year.
1930s The recipes from which Dufrais vinegars were created date back to the 1930s.
By 1990 (and probably by 1948) British Vinegars owned Dufrais and Co, a leading specialist brand of vinegar[1]
2002 Acquired by Premier Foods
2008 The range of vinegars in the Dufrais range include: Cabernet Sauvignon (Red Wine); Sauvignon Blanc (White Wine); and Vintage Cider.
2012 Acquired by Mizkan Euro Ltd
