1907 George Cuthbert Keay, machine merchant and mill furnisher, ceased to be a partner of the Dundee Boiler Covering Company from 31st October[1]

1917 The firm was dissolved through the retirement of John Monro Inches. The business was continued by the remaining partners, David Foreman Chalmers and George Macritchie Crichton.[2]

1929 The Dundee Boiler Covering Company Limited was registered as a private company, with capital of £3,000, to carry on the business of boiler and steam pipe covering.[3]

2023 The company was dissolved.[4]
