1874 "THE Copartnership of DUNLOP, CAMERON, & BELL, Ironfounders in Motherwell, was DISSOLVED of this date by mutual consent of the Subscribers, who were the sole Partners thereof. The Subscribers James Dunlop and James Bell will in future carry on the Business in the same premises under the Firm of Dunlop, Bell and Co, and they will pay all debts due by, and collect all debts due to, the late Company."[1]
