'...the Partnership heretofore carried on by the undersigned, John Cross, William Cross, and Thomas Cross, as Slaters, Plasterers, and Slate and Cement Merchants, at Lancaster, Preston, and Liverpool, all in the county of Lancaster, under the firm of E. Cross and Sons was this day dissolved by mutual consent.
