'...the Partnership heretofore (subsisting between us, Ebenezer Gough and Sydney Tolman Gough, carrying on the trade or business of Kamptulicon Manufacturers ar Greenwich Road, Greenwich, in the county of Kent, and of Kamptulicon Merchants, at No. 48, Cannon-street, in the city of London, under the style or firm of E. Gough and Son, was this day dissolved by mutual consent; and that all debts owing to and by the said co-partnership will be received and paid by the said Sidney Tolman Gough, and by Whom the business will in future be carried on alone...'[1]
