1930 Amalgamated with E. Pollard (Sundries) and Samuel Haskins and Brothers.[1]

1961 Engaged as manufacturers of steel shutters, rolling grilles, fire doors, architectural metalwork, electric lifts, shop fronts, and equipment manufacturers. Also store fitters, builders and contractors. 2,000 employees.[3]
