Established by Eduard Posen in 1838. Joined partnership by C. Posen and J. Posen (sons). Afterwards carried on by C. Posen, J. Posen, L. Pohl, and H. Landsberg; next by H. Landsberg, Heinrich Posen and Sydney Posen; then by Eduard Posen, S. Landsberg, and E. H. Posen of London.

1914 One of the oldest and largest firms of Leather Goods Manufacturers. Premises: Thoroughly equipped factory at Offenbach, o/M. Very extensive offices and showrooms in London.
