1875 Partnership change. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, Edward Scharff and Adolphus Menssing, both of Bradford, in the county of York, Merchants, trading under the firm of Edward Scharff and Co., has, by mutual consent, been dissolved as from the 1st day of July instant. All debts owing to or by the late partnership will be received and paid by the said Edward Scharff, by whom the business will be carried on as from the said 1st day of July instant, under the same firm of Edward Scharff and Co...'[1]
