1881 Partnership change. '...the Partnership (if any) heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, Edward Thomas Fox, James Turner, and Benjamin Cooper, of Southfield and Churches Mills, near Stroud, in the county of Gloucester, Woollen Cloth Manufacturers, carried on at Southfield and Churches Mills aforesaid, under the style or firm of E. T. Fox and Co., has been this day dissolved, by mutual consent, so far as regards the said Benjamin Cooper; and that the same trade or business will henceforth be carried on by the said Edward Thomas Fox and James Turner only, under the same style or firm, of E. T. Fox and Co...'[1]
1890 Partnership change. '... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, Edward Thomas Fox, of Woodchester, in the county of Gloucester, Woollen Cloth Manufacturer, and James Turner, of Woodchester aforesaid, Woollen Cloth Manufacturer, in the trade or business of Woollen Cloth Manufacturers, carried on by them at Southfields and Churches Mills, in the parishes of Woodchester and Rodborough, in the said county of Gloucester, under the style or firm of E. T. Fox and Co., has been dissolved, by mutual consent, as and from the 10th day of March, 1890; and that the same trade or business will hereafter be carried on by the said Edward Thomas Fox alone...'[2]
1899 Creditors meeting. 'first meeting of the creditors of Edward Thomas Fox (trading as E. T. Fox and Co.), Southfields and Churches Mills, Woodchester, woollen cloth manufacturer.' Partners on Sydney and New Zealand.[3]
