East England Electricity Scheme
1930 The 8th of the schemes proposed to the Central Electricity Board for linking up the national electricity network had been delayed by adjudication between 4 large (local) corporations and the East Anglian Electric Supply Co. Two existing stations were selected:[1]
- South Denes Power Station of Great Yarmouth Corporation
- Thorpe Power Station of Norwich Corporation
and temporary use of the station of Kings Lynn Corporation.
