Born son of Joseph Rust, of Huntingdon

1770 Apprenticed to Richard Rust of London[1]

1779 Married Martha Paddy in St. Botolph Algate, London[2]

1784 Went into partnership as Spencer, Browning and Rust

1784 Birth of son Joseph; baptised in Eatonford, Eaton Socon[3]

1795 A mathematical instrument maker, of Wapping when he took his son Ebenezer as an apprentice.[4]

1798 A mathematical instrument maker, of St George's in the East, when he took his son Joseph as an apprentice.[5]

1800 Died in St George's in the East[6]
