Husband of Annie Gertrude Cook, of "Oakleigh", Bunkers Hill, Denmead, Cosham, Hants. Enlisted in 7th Hussars in Feb., 1892, served in the South African Campaign. Re-enlisted Nov., 1914.

Died 15 September 1916. L/Serj. East Surrey Regiment. Age 42. KIA.
