With his wife Annie Constance Hardy (age 37 born Birmingham) and their children John Leslie Hardy (age 12 born Birmingham) and Edna Pauline Hardy (age 8 born Birmingham). One servants.[1]

1925 Agreed with Spicer Corporation to licence their joint.

1926 The name of the company was changed to Hardy, Spicer and Co Ltd[2].

Became chairman of the successor company, Birfield Industries

1950 Died [3]
