'...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, THOMAS YATES, of Radcliffe-on-Trent, in the County Nottingham, and EDWARD MORLEY, of Grantham, in the County of Lincoln, carrying on Business Steam Cultivation Contractors at Radcliffe-on-Trent and Grantham aforesaid, under the style or firm of Thomas Yates and Co.," has been dissolved by mutual consent, from the 13th day of November, 1899, and that the Business will be carried by the said Edward Morley...'[1]
