1892 Partnership change. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Edward Lowrey, Thomas Graham Dunford, and Thomas William Elliott, carrying on business as Steamship Owners and Brokers, Merchants and Coal Exporters, at 14, Lombard-street, in the city and county of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, under the style or firm of Elliott, Lowrey, and Dunford, has been this day dissolved, by mutual consent, so far us relates to the said Edward Lowrey, who retires; and that the said business will henceforth be carried on by the said Thomas Graham Dunford and Thomas William Elliott, under the style or firm of Dunford and Elliott. All debts due to and from the firm of Elliott, Lowrey, and Dunford will be received and paid by the firm of Dunford and Elliott...'[1]
