1877 Partnership change - John Thomas Walton leaves. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, Denis Embleton, James Mackenzie, and John Thomas Walton, as Manufacturers of Engineers Tools, Mechanical Tools, and other similar articles, at the Yorkshire Foundry, situate in Black Bull-street, in Leeds, in the county of York, under the style or firm of Embleton, Mackenzie, and Walton, was dissolved, by mutual consent, as from the 30th day of June last, as far as regards the said John Thomas Walton...'[1]
