'...Liquidation by Arrangement or Composition with Creditors, instituted by George Yardley, residing at No. 68, Cradley-road, Crtidley Heath, in the parish of Rowley Regis, in the county of Stafford, and carrying on business at Fox Oak street, Cradley Heath aforesaid, as a Chain Manufacturer and Iron Dealer, under the style or firm of George Yardley and Company, and also carrying on business at the Talbot Works, Stewart-street, Wolverhampton, in the said county of Stafford, as a Bicycle and Tricycle Manufacturer, under the style or firm of the English Cycle Company...'[1]
