1966 Erie Resistors at Great Yarmouth had been hit by the slump in demand and had to make some staff redundant[1]

Took over A. H. Hunt (Capacitors) at Wrexham and moved staff onto the site, initially occupying several existing buildings and then moving staff into a new one built for them by the Board of Trade.[2]

1975 Erie Technological Products Inc agreed to sell Erie Electronics to ITT[3]

By 1977 the Wrexham Division Industrial Estate, Wrexham was part of of ITT Components

1982 Erie Electronics was acquired by Unitech[4]
