1936 AGM told that the company, despite its strong financial position, didn't consider it appropriate to enter the field of manufacturing, where it would be competing with its current suppliers who supplied goods on attractive terms[2]

1966 The oldest branch was closed and a new site acquired in Bletchley

1968 65th AGM[3]

1973 Acquired Childs Constantine builders merchants of Bromley, Kent[4]

1974 Mr E. J. Erith was chairman[5].

1995 Acquired by Graham Group builders merchants[6]
