1881 Ernest Latham 41, mechanical engineer, lived in Birkenhead with Janet Latham 39, Janet Latham 15, Fanny M. Latham 14[5]
Presumably it was this Mr Latham who developed a concrete mixer with A. E. Carey which was used on the work at Newhaven.[6]
