1911 Residing at Penton, Crouch Oak Lane, Addlestone: Ernest Runtz (age 52 born South Hornsey), Architect, Surveyor, Valuer. With his wife Mariam Margaret Runtz and sons Ernest Munro Runtz and John Cyril Munro Runtz.[2]
