On Monday the 30th instant, and two following days, at eleven o'clock, on the Premises, at Esher, between Kingston and Cobham in Surrey, and within two miles of the River Thames, the Valuable and Entire Implements, Utensils, and Complete Fittings-up of ESHER IRON and FLOUR MILLS, the Property of Mr. MATTHEW PUPLETT, Consisting of Capital Air Furnaces, Forges, large Cutting Sheers, Cutting and Slitting Engines, New Rollers, Gudgeons, Spindles, Screw Bolts and Nuts, Bellows, Forging Tools, Mill Brasses, Hoop Cutters Plates, Laths, Boxes, Screws, Scales and Weights, and various Effects in the Iron Mills.
The Flour Mills consist of all the modern Machinery, four pair of Capital Mill Stones, French Burrs, Mill Work, Bolting and Dressing Machines, Corn and Flour Binns, Sacks, Scales and Weights. And the Household Furniture, Fixtures, a Capital Finger Organ, .... [1]
