Dr. Ethel Mordaunt ( -1920) of Bromley, Kent

1920 Died in a road accident on a scooter. Enthusiastic light car owner. 'Dr. Ethel Mordaunt, of Bromley (Kent). has died from injuries received in a motor-scooter accident which occurred within a mile of her home on Saturday. She was one of the first women in the district to drive her own light car, and had driven 100,000 miles without an accident.'[1]
