1876 Born at Foligno, Italy

Educated at Naples University.

1901 Appointed Electrical Engineer to the Royal Italian Navy

1906 he became Chief of the Naval Electrical Laboratory at Venice, in which ltter capacity he was responsible for carrying out research work dealing with the employment of wireless telegraphy on warships and submarines.

Later, in conjunction with Capt. Tosi, he invented the Radiogoniometer, an apparatus for directional wireless telegraphy.

1910 the Bellini-Tosi system was installed at the Boulogne-sur-Mer station of the French Post Office.
