1961 Manufacturers, assemblers, importers, exporters and dealers in earth moving equipment plant and machinery. Makers of 25 ton heavy dump trucks and largest type of crawler tractor, 235 H.P. in United Kingdom.[1]

1968 Renamed Terex.

2014 The Volvo Group bought the off-road truck product line from Terex Trucks

Now (2024) called ROKBAK, part of the Volvo Group.
