1991 Acquired GSM from the receivers

The company operates in 4 European countries.
1994 Planned listing of the shares[1]
1995 The company was in trouble, making losses because of delays in firming up large orders[2]
1996 Having got into difficulties, the company sold its key subsidiary, the shock blasting machinery business, to US Filter. The remainder, about a third in size of the original, was renamed Tyzack Precision[3]
