c1894 Arthur George Evans and John Patrick O'Donnell set up the business in railway signals.

1895 Factory established

1897 Made special machinery for manufacture of roller bearings, which was used by the Roller-Bearings Co[1]

1900 railway signal works[2]

1903 Merged with Saxby and Farmer who moved their works from London to Chippenham - See Saxby and Farmer
