Originally formed as the Exeter City Football and Athletic club

1909 Al Fresco concerts licensed at the St. James Football ground.[1]

1910 First annual sports day included the 100-metres handicap, one-mile open cycle handicap, one-mile walking handicap and many other novelty events.[2]

1912 Third annual sports day.[3]

1917 Ninth AGM. No income tis year (War time). Directors are McGahey, Parkhouse and Hill.[4]
