1900 Partnership change. '...the Partnership heretofore existing between us the undersigned, Ferdinand Heilborn and Bernhard Nathan, carrying on business as Merchants and Manufacturers, at 26, Eastparade, Bradford, and elsewhere, under the style of Ferdinand Heilborn and Co., has been dissolved by mutual consent as and from the first day of January, one thousand nine hundred. All debts due to and owing by the said firm will be received and paid by the said Bernhard Nathan who continues the business under the same style.[1]
