1906 Partnership change. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Edward Francis Hunter and John Makeague, carrying on business as Wholesale Provision Merchants, at Corn Exchange, Hanging Ditch, in the city of Manchester, under the style or firm of "F. HUNTER AND CO.," has been dissolved by mutual consent as and from the thirtieth day of June, 1806. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said John Makeague, who will continue to carry on business at Corn Exchange, Hanging Ditch aforesaid, under the said style or firm of "F. Hunter and Co."...'[1]
