1882 F. N. Cookson and Co was in Liquidation, instituted by Frederick Nesfield Cookson, Lock Manufacturer at the Guardian Works, Great Hampton-street, Wolverhampton, formerly carrying on business at the same place under the name or style of F. N. Cookson[1]

Either Aubin or Cookson won a Prize Medal, 1851 Exhibition.

Amalgamated into John Badger, Cookson and Co.
