Objective: "Incorporated as a Professional Centre to uphold and improve the status of Quantity Surveyors and Surveyors. To regulate, maintain and extend the customs and usages of the profession. To maintain and improve the high standard of professorial etiquette, and to promote among its members a sense of professional solidarity. To provide its members principles of professional procedure, a Scale of Professional Charges, and to subscribe to the Rules of Professional Conduct. To hold examinations qualifying for membership of the Faculty. To publish a monthly Journal to the general interest of the Profession, and for the mutual co-operation, assistance and protection of practitioners.
