1901 Partnership dissolved. '... the Partnership lately subsisting between us the undersigned, Frank Peto Barber, Arthur Edwards, and William Edward Farrer, carrying on business as Engineers and Sanitary Specialists, at 36, Cannon-street, Birmingham, and at Star Works, Fawdry-street, Smethwick, under the style or firm of "Farrer, Barber and Co.," has been dissolved by mutual consent as on and from the 30th day of November, 1901. All debts due to or owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said William Edward Farrer, who will continue the said business under the style or firm of "William E.
