1955 Fawcett-Finney formed as joint sales and service operation for Finney Presses and Fawcett, Preston and Co (see advert)

1958 Metal Industries merged two of its subsidiaries: Fawcett, Preston and Co and Finney Presses; Fawcett operations concentrated at Bromborough; the Fawcett facility at Birmingham was closed[1].

Presumably later became Fawcett Engineering
