1910 The railways in Perak, Province Wellesley, Selangor and other states have been joined up under the Federated Malay States Railways. Open lines total 469 miles and 49 chains. Officers: Gregory, Eyles and Waring, Consulting Engineers; P. A. Anthony, General Manager and Chief Engineer; G. H. Fox, Acting Chief Resident Engineer on Construction; E. A. Cook, Traffic Manager; G. C. Forbes, Locomotive Superintendent.[1]
