1911 Ferguson and Timpson Limited, of 50 Wellington Street, Glasgow, was registered as a private company, with capital of £10,000, to take over engineering specialities and the rights belonging to the firm of Ferguson and Timpson, and to carry on the business of general heating and electrical engineers, iron founders, etc.[1]
