1926 'A fire which destroyed the offices, stores, and packing department of Fillery's Toffee, Limited, at Birmingham,'[1]

1934 Fillerys Toffees Limited was registered as a public company, with a nominal capital of £100,000, to take over a private undertaking of the same name.[2]

1960 Acquired by J. A. and P. Holland[3]

2001 The company was wound up voluntarily.[4]
