1895 Dissolution of the Partnership between John Fleming, William McFarlane, David Leggatt and Jeremiah Heron carrying on business as Engineers at Middleton in the county, of Lancaster under the style or firm of Fleming McFarlane and Company. All debts of the said late firm will be received and paid by the said John Fleming and Jeremiah Heron who will in future carry on the said business under the style or firm of Fleming McFarlane and Company.[1]
