Fletcher Brothers of Ashton-under-Lyne

1895 Dissolution of the Partnership between James Ashton Fletcher, Samuel Fletcher and Jackson Fletcher carrying on business as Brassfounders at the Borough Brass Works and the Dean Street Works Ashton-under-Lyne, under the style or firm of Fletcher Brothers; James Ashton Fletcher and Samuel Fletcher would carry on the business together.[1]

1901 Dissolution of the Partnership between James Ashton Fletcher and Samuel Fletcher, carrying on business as Brassfounders and Brass Engineers, at the Borough Brass Works, and the Dean-street Works, Ashton-under-Lyne, in the county of Lancaster, under the style or firm of "Fletcher Brothers". All debts due to or owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said James Ashton Fletcher.[2]

1907 It was decided that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily." [3]
