1945 Flexibox Ltd was incorporated; Manchester Oil Refinery Ltd assigned some of its shares to Mr Fritz Porges

1945 Majority shareholding acquired by Manchester Oil Refinery Ltd[2]

1956 Opened new factory in Ballymena[3]

By 1963 Manchester Oil Refinery and Flexibox were owned by Burmah Oil Trading[4]

1985 Name changed to Flexibox International Ltd

1986 Part of EIS Group[5]

1998 Acquired by John Crane, part of TI Group, now part of Smiths Group.
