1934 Wycliffe Foundry held the British licence for the Follsain metal treatment processy[1]. Follsain decided that the agreement would be implemented for formation of a new company to take over and exploit the licence for Britain - presumably [Follsain-Wycliffe Foundries]]

Was in existence by 1953[2].

c.1959 Name changed to Follsain Ltd[3]

1961 The company included Varatio-Strateline Gears, Campbell Gears and John Tann

1961 Acquired by Clayton Dewandre Holdings[4]
