FORD ANGLIA [1]
The Ford Anglia is the post-war version of the well-known Ford Eight of the nineteen-thirties, as its official horse-power rating is 7.96. It is a two-door saloon with comfortable seating for four passengers and has a most economical performance.
Although the Anglia is still one of the least expensive cars produced in Britain today, it is also a very robust piece of motor engineering incorporating many modern refinements.
As a car for the small family the Anglia is ideal, especially as the internal handles of the two doors are always under the control of the front seat passengers, so that children in the back seat are safe.
