Société Fould-Dupont (also Dupont et Fould) of Pompey, France. Also Forges et Usines de Pompey.

Principals: Alphonse Fould and Auguste Dupont.

After the annexion of the Moselle area by Germany in 1871, Auguste Dupont and Alphonse Fould transferred their 'usine d'Ars-sur-Moselle' to Pompey. In 1897 the société Fould-Dupont became a société anonyme named "Société des hauts fourneaux, forges et aciéries de Pompey".

1953 it became "Société des aciéries de Pompey (SAP)"

1968 SAP became "Société nouvelle des aciéries de Pompey" (SNAP)

1986 Ceased all activity.
