1841 Partnership change. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Francis Rains, William Rains, Horatio Rains, and Nelson Rains, carrying on business at Newton Wood, in the county of Chester, as Boiler Makers and Smiths, under the style or firm of Francis Rains and Sons, is this day dissolved by mutual consent; and that all debts due to and owing from the said concern will be received and paid by the said Horatio Rains....'[1]
