1914 Managers of Strick Line, Ltd., London and Paris Steam Ship Co., Ltd., "Dwina," Ltd., Oran Coal Co., Ltd., La Tunisienne Steam Navigation Co., Ltd., British Coaling Depots, Ltd., Port Said and Suez.

After 1919, the Persian Gulf trade was carried on under the joint management of Frank C Strick and Co Ltd and Gray, Dawes and Co.

1923 Strick Line Ltd became Strick Line (1923) Limited and was at the same time sold by Gray, Dawes & Co to the P&O subsidiary Hain Steamship Co, although Frank C Strick & Co Ltd retained its independence and the management contract.

By 1928, Mr Strick (although always involved) wished to re-acquire an interest in the Persian Gulf trade and in the company which bore his name, and negotiated with P&O the purchase of a 49 percent minority interest in Strick Line (1923) Ltd using the name of his London and Paris Steamship Co.

1960 Strick Line acquired Frank C Strick & Co Ltd

1972 P&O reacquired the Strick minority interests and absorbed the Strick fleet and operations into the P&O General Cargo Division.
