1943 Died. 'Mr. Frank H. Fulford, who has died at his residence. Headingley Castle, Leeds, aged 75. was a connoisseur and generous patron of the arts. He made notable gifts to Leeds. A Canadian, Mr. Fulford had lived in Leeds for over years, and for 37 years was managing director of C. E. Fulford, Ltd., manufacturing chemists, Carlton Hill, a business founded by his brother. Mr. Charles E. Fulford, some 50 years ago. Music was one of his special interests, and he was an ardent amateur and capable string-player. With the co-operation of members of his family and friends, he gave frequent performances of chamber music.'[3]
