1901 Living at Wellington Road, Orpington: William Hawes (age 43 born (?), Kent), Cycle Maker - Employer - Single. With three borders; George Reeves (age 26 born Orpington), House decorator); Florence Reeves (age 29 born India (Assam)); and Frank Smith (age 20 born Orpington), Cycle Maker.[1]

1904 Married at Dartford to Alice Rosetta Hitches and had three daughters

1911 Living at Wellington Road, St Mary Cray, Kent: Frank Smith (age 30 born St Mary Cray). Motor and Cycle Making and Repairing - Employer. With his wife Alice Smith (age 33 born Kingston-on-Thames) and their three children; Ethel Smith (age 4 born St Mary Cray), Kathleen Smith (age 3 born St Mary Cray), and Enid Smith (age 8 months born St Mary Cray). One servant.[2]

1963 February 14th. Died. Of 173 Railway Street, Gillingham.
