1876 Henry William Franklyn, George King Morgan, and Thomas Davey, trading under the style of Franklyn, Morgan, and Davey, of the Welsh Back, in the said city of Bristol.[1]

1892 Partnership and name change. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Annie Sophia Franklyn, George King Morgan, Thomas Davey, Richard Davey, and James Lawes Perrin, carrying on business as Tobacco and Snuff Manufacturers, in the city of Bristol, under the style or firm of Franklyn, Morgan, and Davey, expired, by effluxion of time, on the 30th day of June, 1892. All debts due to or owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Annie Sophia Franklyn, Thomas Davey, Richard Davey and James Lawes Perrin, by whom the business will in future be carried on as heretofore under the style or firm of Franklyn, Davey, and Co...'[2]
